Добрый день требуется разработать и изготовить трансформатор состоящий из двух Ш образных ферритовых серийно выпускаемых сердечников зазор между которыми равен 6мм. На одной детали будет первичная катушка на второй вторичная. Входные параметры любые (в пределах удобно реализуемых) выходные 16В 2,5А. Данное устройство будет использовано для беспроводной зарядки. В устройстве будет установлена вторичная катушка намотанная на Ш образный сердечник в съёмном модуле первичная. |

Добрый день,
Требуется изготовить опытную партию трансформаторов (4 шт.).
ТЗ:
Каркас: Каркас намоточный Ш4х4 (2 секции), ИШГД 4875 041;
Сердечник: Ш4х4, Н2000НМ.
Обмотки: 2 шт. по 150 витков провода диаметром 0,1 мм., каждая обмотка в своей секции;
Подключение к выводам: 1-я обмотка 1-ый вывод начало, 2-ой вывод конец; 2-я обмотка 5-ый начало, 6-ой конец обмотки (чертеж в приложении).
Требования по намотке: пробивное напряжение между обмотками не менее 3000 В, рабочее напряжение обмоток 30 - 50 В, рабочая частота до 100 кГц.

Хочу просить Вас рассмотреть возможность изготовления трансформаторов с индуктивностью первичной обмотки около 160 микрогенри.
Ток односекционной первичной обмотки не более 3х ампер.
Вторичная обмотка должна содержать 2 одинаковые последовательные секции с количеством витков в каждой из них в 5 раз большим, чем в первичной . Ток потребления во вторичной обмотке отсутствует. Было бы идеально, если бы первичная была намотана сверху и можно было бы добавить - убавить витков.
На печатной плате я оставил для трансформаторов прямоугольник 12х7.5 мм но 15х10 тоже не составят проблемы.
Я с удовольствием оплачу изготовление 20 таких устройств. |

Ищу основание-держатель для небольших тороидальных катушек с возможностью установить катушку вертикально на плату. Возможно использование основание от Ш образных сердечников? (на сайте фото как они выглядят отсутствуют). Прошу выслать данные по данным держателям (фото, габаритные чертежи и тд)
